HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer Express Shipping at a flat rate of $10 per order for Australian deliveries.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE? 

  • Australian Orders that are dispatched from our warehouse will take approximately 1-2 business days from the date of packing to arrive to you. In the event that your order has not arrived within 2 business days, please track your order with your unique tracking number and contact TOLL. There can be the occasional courier delay which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time.

  • Delivery is Monday - Friday excluding public holidays.

  • During the holiday season, there may be unforeseen delays that are out of our control. Please allow adequate time for delivery prior to your special occasion. 

  

DELIVERY / ADDRESS DETAILS

  • A signature is required upon delivery. Should you be unavailable at your provided shipping address, the courier will leave a delivery card and re-direct your parcel to the closest TOLL depot for your collection.

  • TOLL only delivers once, for prompt delivery, we recommend that all packages are sent to a company/business address.

  • For customer convenience, you can opt in for “Authority to leave”  during the checkout process but clicking the corresponding box.

    PLEASE NOTE: We offer "Authority to leave" as a convenience to our customers, it is up to yourself initially when ticking the box and the digression of the driver to judge whether it is possible to do so. Once delivered by TOLL and left under the  “Authority to leave” authorised by yourself by ticking the box, Rochessa and Toll have fulfilled their delivery and the parcel is now in your care. We want your parcel to get to you in the easiest way possible for you :)

  • In the instance that a change of address is required following dispatch, you will be charged the administrative fee of $20 before the shoes are delivered. Please ensure that all of your details are correct prior to checkout.

  • Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Box addresses. 

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched

All orders require a signature on delivery, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours.

 

WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?

Rochessa use TOLL for all Australian orders.

 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES? There are no additional charges when buying from within Australia.
